From fooling mood to romatic moods and I lost count how many Drean Girls he is talking about.
This should all be posted on Valentines’s Day…..but what the heck….to him everyday is “People’s Blog” ….now teenagers and old friend’s day. So I say sweet dreams….goodnight to all.
Hi Sheih..God willing..i will continue blogging soon..by the way..MAS is terrible…i wonder how they still manage to be rated by Skytrax as among the 5 star airlines…speaking of MAS, i had a bad experience with them, which may involved the loss of lives…
I followed instructions ….click here ..click there all talking MAS {Manyat Anak Shaiytan} discremination story over their employees.
This has been happening for decades…. nothing new….. even worst stories I heard from high prophile ex -employees of MAS of yesteryears…where they we really monoployising the flying insudtry in Malaysia.
And in any monopolyising businessess controled by the government….why are we so surprise reading such discreminations and great losses or revenues…..not story…need bailing out again and again. If the father and uncles are playboys…corrupted blokes..bulliers…what do you expects from the children of these people?
Industrial court…..maybe advising them to shut up .as case is already concluded and lost? If they win…..MAS will drag the case until the couple are dried up by lawyers fees anyhow.
Latest news MAS did offer Audra a desk job. Many air hostesses I know were also given desk job at certain age…no reduction in salary. Ofcourse those enjoying high flying allowances all gone.
MAS do represent Malaysian people. Don’t they ever forget that and shame the rakyats.
Did I just said in earlier comment that your are dangerous? Damn man, you are the most dangerous blogger in town and I may not be the only one that trusted you. You shown it her like you have did many times ago that you really care about everybody and this everybody is just the average Joe and Jane.
I pray to Allah that you be safe. I will always stand with you Sheih.
Saya sering memerhati bagaimana Sheih built the trend atau pattern. Shieh sering bermula dengan dua tiga posting personal dan kemudian baru di hujahkan the actual posting. Shieh – you memang hebat saiko orang la.
MAS ‘offered’ her a job on paper to the Industrial Relations dept, 5 days after the arbitration meeting.
Following that nothing!
She was asked to apply by MAS, only to be rejcted each time. Even after having the Cabin Crew Grooming Manager which acknowledged that she was the right candidate, being a chief stewardess, and highly disciplined, she was rejected, on the grounds that she was terminated!
So the answer to your question? No! The offer remains on paper to Industrial Relations Dept, but never was she given one offer!
What happened with Malaysia? Why so many things happen at the same time? Don’t they think the consequences about what the reaction from “rakyat” can be?
Don’t they read the history in Iran, South Korea, Indonesia and Philippines? Even strong military dictatorship sent to the garbage of history.
KJ and his “level four” friends should rethink. If they continue with all this crazy things, i believe that even “level four” also will be history. Sheih Said: With the advancement of Technology it is difficult to contain the Information. BTW, One of our brother has choose to shut down his blog today due to some 'unforseen' circumstances. My heart is with him now. I know he has children just like me. I hope what ever the problem that has been attacking him will only make him stronger.
ExIsmailian,
There are many versions of ‘rules’ in bolehland. The ordinary folks entitled only to whatever the ‘upper beings’ deemed fit depending on their mood and god knows what else.
Thanks for your prompt reply ‘former crew’. At SQ, female crew were given a chance at flying again even after giving birth, regardless of how many children she has. However, she must have a reasonably good work record and don’t be overweight. Alternatively, she can opt for a ground job with no loss of basic salary and retire at age 62.
Whatever it is I will walk with Audra and Tony and all of you my blogger brothers and sisters.
BT.
As I see, this is a case of stupid bureaucrasy and stupid personnel.
I hate to see MAS being boycotted. Just can’t live with the other choice – that “corrupted” and KJ-suport AirAsia. I will not take foreign airline if there is a Malaysian choice. WHat choice do we have?
Lets go after the proper channel first. It is still available.
I really love to travel by MAS. They do change their food menu frequently and very proffesionaly done now. Some 10 years ago…MAS do have alot of terrible no manners …rude desk clerks checking in customers. I gave up MAS for few years and travel by other aircrafts ….except MAS.
Of late…nothing to complaint about. They miss placed my luggage bag recently..found it one day later…apologised to me few times and got a van to deliver the bag to my house…nothing missing.
I repeat……MAS must always remember it represents Malaysian people and our country.
Sheih, that was icing to the cake. We need to keep up the momentum and I am sure Bloggers United will post this theme on their sites. Tks, it was a marvellous job…..and thks for introducing your kids to us. The copy was gripping.
Where on Earth you hear Zorro eat cake?? worst with ice…hahahahaha
He should strat saying.”Sheih that was extra camphor ball in my beer……..thanks”….like that lah.
It is strange that the MAS C.A. only allow up to two child per female personnel when compared to the Malaysian Labour Law allowing up to five. I heard or read this somewhere recently. If so, why is MAS’s agreement mandating for less.
As a rule of thumb, company collective agreement(s) should maintain the minimum according to what is stipulated in our Labour ordinance whilst there is the option for more ‘benefits’ for the employees subject to negotiation and mutually agreed between the two parties concerned.
Perhaps, the nature of an airstewardess’s job was taken into account but as Boh Tong pointed out above, why should MAS let go of a well trained employee who has an excellent track record.
Hmm cerita basi maa.. We have already known for ages that this airline company is practising discrimination against their female employees. The company: sets the retirement age at 40; allows their female employees to have 2 kids and become pregnant again only after 5 years of service; and forces them to resign if they are not slim or had put on more than 5kg compared with before their pregnancy! Despite all these, the company had won quite a number of awards termasuklah the World’s Best Cabin since 2002, and we still pick the company. So????
Shar: “It is strange that the MAS C.A. only allow up to two child per female personnel when compared to the Malaysian Labour Law allowing up to five.”
Shar, as far as I know, Malaysia employment act 1955 (act 265) does not say anything about the matter, does it? Anyway, in Part IX (Maternity Protection), No.37 (1.c), a female employee shall not be entitled to any maternity allowance if at the time of her confinement she has 5 or more surviving children.
Forget about MAS. I tried few times Air Asia….most up-to-date checking in system……most affordable….faster to reach my destinations in Indonesia…no transfer from one place or another taking 15 hours…when 4 hours can do the job.
But alas…when they moved to their new building….no good duty free shopping . Infact……..very expensive stuffs sold there same price and even more expensive than outside…..WHY?? because they mixed domestic from International travellers into one group.
Completely stopped and even if they do improve…..prefer new planes than reconditioned ones….feeling much safer.
Read and see how suddenly an aeroplane went out of control…mostly old planes.
ooopp…Just read another aeroplane crashed flying from Jokja to Jakarta. It is Garuda….very new plane…..so maybe my explaination old planes not safer to travel by maybe incorrect. I guess quality control do play a big part.
I just returned by Garuda from Jokja on 24th Feb….not very long ago. It does chill me thinking how my fate will be if the crash was on 24thFeb and not 6th March.
I onced missed a plane from Penang to KL by few minutes and Took the next plane…one hour later.
Reached home….heard from news the MAS plane I was supposed to be aboard crashed … with more than 100 passsenges….all dead near the old air port. I lost few good friends…..cannot remember exact year…but could be 1971.
From fooling mood to romatic moods and I lost count how many Drean Girls he is talking about.

How can MAS go against the Government’s policy when the are own by the Government? Oh… this is Bolehland.
Audra, I am with you.

Did MAS offer Audra the desk job after all this or she was offered according to the CA?

‘ Former Crew’
The legal procecess maybe long and dicey. But this is abt moral and ethical issue.
I love to hear the full story.

Please convey my “sorry” to Audra; and disappointment to MAS (Monyet Angkat Sampah).
Thanks Bro.
Audra, I am with you…………..
TQ Bro Sheih to highlight this matter………

Sheih,
Really? Is he the husband of that MAS lady? I understood as well this kind of situation. Tell him that i’m also with him. Tell him not to worry.

When we work, we abide by the towkey’s requirement. Thats it!!
We may want to compare treatment by other airlines. AirAsia for an example. I am not in airlines. I dunno.
Whatever, the basic stands. Towkey lay out the rules, and we follow, otherwise we go.
